SAN DIEGO - Feb. 1, 2007 - Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy Joe Campa takes a Station San Diego 47-foot motor life boat on a tour of San Diego Harbor alongside Master Chief Petty Officer of the Coast Guard Charles "Skip" Bowen.
