SAN DIEGO - DEC 7 - John P. Walters, Director, Office of National Drug Control Policy, presents Capt. Michael A. Tekesky, Commanding Officer, Coast Guard Cutter Hamilton, with the ONDCP directors Distinguished Service Award.
