Public Affairs work request (Coast Guard members)

Please fill out this form to request assistance from the Public Affairs staff. Your request will be fulfilled on a first come, first serve basis, unless otherwise noted in your request. Please remember, though, that we cannot fulfill all requests due to operational commitments. Ensure to fill out information below, as incomplete requests will be discarded. Additionally, official photographers will not be used for unofficial photography, such as recording social events, which competes with commercial photographers, or providing photos for private collections, which constitutes a misappropriation of government funds. This precludes the used of public affairs specialists using government camera equipment and film from photographing events with little or no publication potential.
